Fantastic customer support, consistently quick delivery. This is my initial dive into long-term food preservation. I requested samples from the MRE, and Matthew was more than willing to help. I also sampled the Kung Pao Chicken; all the items were delicious, quite satisfying, and hearty. Just placed a larger reorder today. Awesome!

Simple and efficient service. I received exactly what I requested:

*Two (2) S.O.S. Emergency food bars
*One (1) Legacy Food Storage (Entree)

On top of that, they threw in a first aid kit at no extra cost, which was a nice surprise and something I really appreciated.

Shipping was handled by Canada Post Expedited.

I do have one tiny complaint (just my opinion), which is that their XMRE's don’t come with free shipping, but aside from that, I would absolutely consider purchasing more from Total Prepare in the future.

I ordered a pack of 96 emergency water from Total Prepare, but when it arrived, I only got a pack of 12. I called to ask about the missing packs I had ordered. It turned out they had listed the wrong price on their site and wouldn’t honor it, even though I had my receipts showing I paid for the 96 pack plus shipping. To be fair, the customer service rep I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, but all they could do was offer a discount on the remaining packs that never made it to me. I had to cough up the extra cash for the rest, or else I would’ve ended up paying way more for the 12 pack I received compared to what I could’ve gotten from other sellers. It was a letdown that they wouldn’t stick to their website pricing.

The team was super helpful since I was a newbie to shopping here and had some queries. They responded in no time, honestly faster than I expected. I placed my order during a hectic season (Christmas) and they had it all set for me to pick up before the holiday.

I had an incredible shopping experience. They’ve got a huge variety, even when it comes to water. We got our emergency kit stuff online, and it all showed up at our doorstep in just a few days. The canned water that lasts for half a century is a real winner for us. We’ve tossed out the 5-year water a few times already.

I placed an order for MREs on October 8, and they still haven't shown up. I understand that supply and demand can be a bit wobbly, but I wish the seller wouldn't list items for sale if they ain't in stock. If there are gonna be delays that catch folks off guard, a discount or something should be thrown in for the customer.

I got myself a bucket of freeze-dried entrees, but found out that one of the packages had burst while on its way. They handled the issue quickly and politely. I’ll surely buy from them again and would suggest it to my friends.

I just found out I have celiac disease, so I can't rely on the emergency food packs we keep in our kit. I was on the hunt for gluten-free emergency food options. Thankfully, Total Prepare offers a fantastic range of gluten-free items. We placed an order for a tub of goodies, and it arrived super fast without any fuss.

We got quite a bit from this place and it arrived promptly. Haven't tried any yet...just getting ready for any surprises. Planning to take some supplies on our boat too. Once again, for those unexpected situations. It's reassuring to know we won't be thirsty or hungry if something happens.
